individual temprature setting in cadence virtuoso

Hello, is there a way to set an individual temprature to each transistor we simulate in the circuit?

The reason is we have a temprature gradient on the chip .

Is there a way to do it in cadence virtuoso? so i could see how it affects the performance?

Thanks.

Every device in spectre supports a trise parameter which allows you to specify the local increase in temperature. The question is usually whether a component in your PDK supports this parameter (sometimes called something like "Temp rise from ambient" on the edit properties form). That would be the way of doing it though...

    Andrew.
