cadence simulation error

Hi, all

Recently, I meet the simulation error as the picture shows when I simulate my circuit with transient.  how can I solve this problem?

    Do what it says in the error message - contact customer support (ideally with a testcase showing the failure). This is an uncaught error and shouldn't happen - it's possible that we've fixed it already, or can diagnose it from more information in the log - but diagnosing it from a photo of an error message is not very likely to be possible.
