Error when editing RFTlinelib stackup cell with custom materials

Whenever I add any custom material and attempt to re-edit the model the following error comes up.

schCDFCallback('select)
CDF: An error occurred when evaluating callback.
    Callback: select->callback => _stackupcallback()
    Message:  *Error* evalstring: argument #1 should be a string (type template = "ts") - nil
    nil

    Hi Ventari,

    What version of Virtuoso are you using?   (In the CIW, click on the Help-About Virtuoso.  That will give you the subversion of Virtuoso you are using).  If you aren't using IC6.1.8 or ICADVM 20.1, consider updating your software version to the most recent.

    At any rate, I strongly recommend filing a Case on https://support.cadence.com .  A technical Support AE can assist you and file a CCR (Cadence Change Request) with R&D if this is a bug.

    best regards,

    Tawna

    Tawna,

    It seems like the correct version:

    Is there anything else that I might need to update or will this require a support ticket?

    Thanks

    Hi Ventari,

    You are using the base release. The latest ISR is ISR21.  You can upgrade to the most recent version at https://downloads.cadence.com and see if the issue is still there.   If it is, you'll need file a Support Ticket.

    best regards,

    Tawna
