Dynamic voiding in MWO layout

Hello, I am new here so I don't know if this is the correct spot for MWO questions so if not, please let me know where to go. I am having an issue using the dynamic voiding in MWO layout. According to the documentation, setting up dynamic voiding is possible but I can not get it to work. I have tried the steps listed in section 3.14.1 to 3.14.6 here: https://awrcorp.com/download/faq/english/docs/Layout/layout_editing.html.  As shown in the layout (see last image in post), the rectangle is a dynamic shape (on the layer GND+) and the trace is a signal shape assigned to a process line type (Top Copper). The layer process file has the voiding settings:

The rectangle has the properties and is associated with the net GND:

And the trace has the properties and is associated with the net EN3 :

Dynamic voiding is turned on, but I get the layout below (no voiding):

What am I missing?

    Hi J14159265,

I sent you a friend request with my email address. Can you email me the project? I was not able to reproduce your issue on my end.

We also have a help page on dynamic voiding with some helpful videos:

    Thanks,
