How to match the input impedance of a simple RF NMOS?

I am trying to match the impedance of the transistor with the 50-ohm impedance of the source. I am using sp parametric Analysis and then plotting the s-parameters.

It's not clear what your question is.

Do you have access to https://support.cadence.com?  If you're a University student, I recommend talking to the Professor who has access to Cadence Online Support.

You might find this Article helpful: Using the Spectre sprobe to measure impedance/stability in impedance matching networks and multi-stage designs

    best regards,
