Hello everybody,

In order to use  "P+ diffusion resistor with salicide (3 terminal)" in my design, how can I connect the Bulk (N-Well) to VDD (metal 8)?

Best,

You didn't mention which PDK this was but presumably you'd need to create an N Well contact and then a stack of vias up to Metal 8. That seems fairly obvious, but maybe I'm missing something here?

    Dear Andrew,

Thanks for your reply. I am using 28nm HPCP PDK. I created a N-WELL contact as you mentioned and it fixed the connectivity issue and DRC errors.
