VSS yield analysis with frequency dependent component

I am currently working on an RF link budget simulation for a receiver design using VSS with sweep frequency. Therefore, my RF system model includes several frequency-dependent components (e.g., AMP_F). The goal is to simulate key system parameters such as gain, noise figure (NF), and IP3 over the operating frequency range.

While the simulation works well for nominal component settings, I am facing challenges when attempting to perform yield analysis. Specifically, I am unable to assign statistical distributions to the parameters within the AMP_F components.

I attempted to cascade an AMP_F with an AMP_B block, where AMP_F models the frequency-dependent gain and AMP_B represents the nonlinear parameters (P1dB, IP3, and NF), as shown in the attached diagram. This setup allows me to enable the "Use Statistic" option in AMP_B for yield analysis. However, the limitation of this approach is that the nonlinear parameters in AMP_B cannot be made frequency dependent.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to address this issue. Thank you!
