i am unable to download orcad x

i have the academic free trial and i can see it on my "my products". i tried downloading orcad X and it shows this message:

"Cannot download files because of the following error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."

i tried uninstalling everything related to cadence and orcad from the control panel, tried restarting the pc and some people around me have the same problem

I have the same issue ... I cannot install my education licensed OrcadX. Please fix asap, I need to finish an assignment
