Hi,

Sorry if my post isn't in the right section.

I took over a project from a closed company and I have some files and I don't know how to open them.

I have four .art and one .drl.

Can you help me?

Regards.

Anthony

    Anthony,

I assume they are Gerber artwork/drill files. I would expect that you can open these in Allegro (maybe Orcad) and I think can be imported into Microwave Office. My question is what do you think they are representing and what you expect to be able to do with them?

I try to get as much information as possible on the project.

And for these files, I try to get the PCB view.

What PCB tools do you have access to? Then maybe I can move your post to the right place (it's almost certainly not this specific forum).

By now I have nothing for that, and I discovered Cadence this morning.

    Hello,

    Finally, I find my mistake.

I unzip the archive with these files, but it wasn't necessary.

The entire archive is useful for a gerber viewer.

    Regards.
