How to set text blocks in OrCAD X Presto PCB Standard version

By default, the text width is 0 for all text blocks. How to set up the text block parameters?

Unless I missed it, you STILL cannot define the text block sizes in Presto.  All widths are the default - zero  So, without opening the board in a different program, it's impossible to have text on the PCB.

Presto has even had a major version release, and this is still missing.  Totally unsatisfactory.
