OrCAD X Presto PCB 23.1 : How to change the layer of a ref design

On OrCAD X Presto 23.1, how I can change the layer of a reference design of a component ?

If I select "Text" on the filter, the field of the layer is in gray, and it is impossible expand the field :

What I wanted to do initially, is to not display some ref design (for example on a high density PCB).

Is it a way to do that without changing the layer of the ref design ?

Hello SamTronic , for the text which is not attached to a component, you can click on the text and the tool will give you option in Properties pane to change layer

For the text which are attached to components, you can only turn on/off the visibility.

It's more for text attached to components (the ref design).

Where can I do that on the interface?

Just turning off the visibility for all the text from visibility pane

You can change the layer of the complete footprint by selecting it in search window:

You can't be serious, turning off all the silkscreen or changing from top to bottom layer the footprint, can't be good options.

For now, I need to change tools from Presto to OrCAD X PCB Professional, to do that.

    It's really not practical.

Can you pull up the information for a future improvement on Presto ?

It is not normal to be unable to do this on that tool.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi SamTronic , those were some exisitng functionalities. Yes there is an Enhancement to enable "paste Special" command in Presto to support text objects as well. The CCR id is 3056195.
