You can edit your symbols directly in the board file after placing them by doing the following:

1. Open your layout in OrCAD X Presto.

2. Right-click on the symbol and select Edit Footprint.

3. If you have not defined the libraries, export the footprint and select Yes.

4. The footprint will open in another instance of OrCAD X Presto.

5. Modify the footprint per your requirement.

6. Select File > Save footprint.dra to save the changes and close the instance.

7. Now, go to the layout. The Refresh Footprint dialog box is displayed where you can easily update the text, remove the fanout, and refresh the associated padstacks for the selected footprint.
