Trace loop in OrCad X

MB202410295758

Hi,

I noticed that the algorithm that manages the elimination of trace loops does not work correctly, even if the related option is set.

It often happens that the loops remain:

Is it a known bug?

Thanks

Hello MB202410295758 , are you checking this in OrCADX Presto with "Remove/Prevent Loops"?
Also, which version and hotfix you are on?

yes, the option "Remove/Prevent Loops" is checked but it doesn't seem to work properly.

I am using orCDA X Presto 24.1 (without hotfix)

may be this is database specific. I have checked with sample database in same version and this is working fine. We will contact you via seprate channel to discuss more on this.
