Renaming trace nets. Can this actually be done? In legacy or Presto?

I have a bunch of routing that somehow got their nets deleted, but the traces are still there.  In Altium, I used to be able to just click the trace and choose a net for it to be.  I can't seem to do this in Orcad legacy or Presto.

Also, when I draw a line, I can't edit it afterwards.  Like why?  I can change it's width, but can't edit it's length or do anything else that's simple.  I need to delete it and redo.

I'm sure all this can be done in Allegro?  :)

I'm really starting to hate this Allegro tool.  I also learned that they removed a bunch of features from Presto because they were deemed too advanced :(

Anyone have any ideas how to rename a trace that's already on the pcb, let me know thanks!

also, does the schematic tool crash constantly after HF6?  I'm getting multiple crashes a day.  I also need to always turn the schematic tool off and then open it back up before synching with the pcb tool or it'll crash as well.  Just crashed on me now again this morning.  4 crashes yesterday... 1 so far today...
