Does Presto have an ENV file for setting up shortcuts, etc like the legacy tool?

Is this a thing in Presto?  If not, can we add it in the future?

    The only way to edit shortcuts in Presto is in Edit > Preferences. 

    Once there, you'll find it in System > Shortcuts.

    Yeah, I've been there a ton of times :(  thanks.  I was hoping to be able to do more like in the legacy tool.  Kind of a shame they didn't implement an ENV file for Presto.
