Can we get the color tool put into Presto. Or is there a way to get it?????

I can't get to board level silk.  Only component level silk when in Presto.  I also can't turn on or off the board level silk within Presto.  Or do 90% of the stuff I can do in the legacy tool.

Anyone have a hack or a way to be able to control all the layers and sub layers in Presto?
