Where having all sorts of issues over here with 25 and you can't even re open the design in 24 after opening it in 25 :(

Also when will we be able to actually do a full pcb in Presto???? I'm getting tired of going back and forth between both tools.

Is Allegro like this?  I had a co worker wondering if we should just update to Allegro from Orcad cause of all the weird things with Orcad.  What's the price difference for people?  I'm thinking Altium would be cheaper and much easier going forward.

I think you're replying to yourself. If you find that you're constantly going to Allegro for some functionality that is necessary for your workflow, maybe that means that you need to use Allegro. In the end Presto is a tool with an audience in mind and that audience might not be you. I'm guessing that you're forcing yourself to use it because you're either looking for the "user friendly" interface of Altium and refuse to let that go, or because it's cheaper. Well, you might want to make the hard decision, man up and start using Allegro. I'm sure that people in Cadence are reading these posts and taking notes but you gotta understand that Presto is an incredibly young tool. No matter if it's presented as an "alternative" to Allegro, it still needs time to develop. And if you have feedback for the developers of the tool, you might want to file a CCR directly with them or compose a more structured post with exactly all the issues that you're finding, steps to reproduce them and a detailed (but realistic) wishlist of the Allegro features you'd like to see with some justification for it (given that you could just use Allegro and save some time).

The downrevving issue you mention is really bad. I think the only way to downrev at the moment is using an Allegro tool. Maybe you can try with the viewer? I'm not sure if that works. Maybe you can submit a case or upload the file here and someone will downrev the design for you, if it's a critical matter. Overall, I hope they're getting this feedback because it is a valid point.

And about Altium ... look, no one can't deny that Altium is much more comfortable to work with. It's like comparing iOS and Android. But this is where you need to think and decide what it is that you need (and value) the most: a user-friendly experience or a much wider spectrum of tools/commands. Allegro is, by no means, the perfect tool. But its software ecosystem is the reason why so many companies use it. I hope you find peace in your workflow.
