Virtuoso XL Layout Question

Hi, I am getting this error; Error: Net "net0160 " (2 bits) can't connect to "MP6 ", pin "D" (32 bits). When I change the MOSFETs back to a single device I have no problems but I am trying to cross quad 4 devices for better matching. Thanks, JT
