how can i packaging ic

hello i have a monolithic CMOS LSI intelligent chip (Small chip) www.aumos.com.tw/.../product_pray.html i want to package it in cheapest packaging this ic is 100pin and i will send to you 100 pcs i think that the cheapest one is like this one www.aumos.com.tw/.../AUMOS0804.gif i can use any package where or how can i packaging them? what is approx. total price?
