SiP digital layout lecture manual

Do you have the specific file name(s) you are looking for? I can see if I can find them and a way to get them to you, if so.

By the way, what about the 16.2 manual do you find easier to read and follow? That would be good feedback to give to the Cadence documentation team by way of reference when they are updating manuals for upcoming releases.

Thanks Tyler. The good thing about v16.2 is the book contains all the instructions on and only on SiP, each chapter is one task to be done with SiP (component building, silicon package co-design, design setup, net editing, routing...). In v16.6, each book is about one of these task and how to do it with different tools ( PCB editor or APD/SiP). Since I work only with SiP, the latter is not as convenient as the former. Each time I need to find some instruction on a different topic, instead of searching in the same pdf, I need to go to help in SiP and search, which takes much longer time.

The title of the manual on the front page is "SiP Digital Layout", on the same page: v16.2, Lecture Manual, January 20, 2009. In v16.6 the manual has only the title "SiP Digital Layout" and the topics are scattered in different books. I want to upload the first page of the manual but the forum seems not allow to attach documents in comment.
