APD Copper Fill issue

Hello

I am using Allegro Package Designer and I am trying to do a copper fill but once I draw the shape around the pads the plane is not touching the pads that have the same net name. It maintains the specified distance from the pads of different net, but is much further away from the ones it is supposed to touch. (see attached image)

I have tried to fix it by changing the values in the constraint manager "Same Net Spacing" -> "Shape to>>" and no matter what I value I put in that field (higher or lower than the default value) the entire plane gets flooded by the copper fill, even the pads that have different net names are connected to the plane (see image)

What am I doing wrong?

Regards
