How to check a cluster of same net vias spacing, with have no shape or cline covered

I have a question regarding the manufacture : how to check a cluster of same net vias spacing, with have no shape or cline covered

    i use allegro package designer,i dont know allegro PCB。

    allegro constrain manager →assembly →design→package substrate → any metal to any metal spacing

    any metal to any metal spacing can be used to check for missing cline or shape between the same net vias, as seen in the case of via 5:6 to via 4:6 in the above picture, as these vias are separate. However, with 0um spacing between via 4:6 and via 4:6, it does not check.
