Ultralibrarian doesn't work in searh providers

Hi, I have a Cadence SP 17.4 and when I click on search providers and log in with my account, appear a pop-up window wit this message: ERROR (SPDWSRV-508): Unable to process this request for Ultra Librarian because of an internal error. Retry the operation.

Has anyone else seen this error.

Thank you for your prompt response, curiously after a couple of days without using the program everything works correctly now. Thank you again.
