Allegro MCM free viewer 16.6 compatibility with recent Windows update

Hi, there:

Hope everyone stay well.

I used to review some package design files with MCM format using Allegro MCM free viewer V16.6 and never had any problem.

However, recently I noticed the viewer will be automatically closed when I clicked the file toolbox. I reinstalled the V16.6 but the problem is still there.

I suspect it is related to compatibility issue with recent Windows update.

Is there anyone encountering same problem as me? And any expert there could provide usual suggestions?

you should download the latest 17.4 free viewer.

I have ver 17.2, which can't read mcm files generated by V15.x. Unfortunately that is my case.

I will try to uninstall recent Windows update instead. Hope it solves my problem.
