Window selecting objects like vias, c-lines, and shapes of a particular net

How to select a objects related to only a set of nets that I am interested in? When I window select over multiple objects, I want the selection to be limited to a filter of few nets only. There is a net filter in Mentor. I don't see a similar option in APD. Find By only highlights particular nets, but doesn't limit selection to those nets. Can anyone help?

you can filter the objects by nets

on the find filter you need to open "Find by query"

then set up the filter and save the query as shown below.

when you select the object, you check "By Saved Query" and select the one created.

in my case i created a query named "gnd."
