Etch Back routing External DRC error

Hi All

I am just beginner for Packaging Design I don't know well about Etch back

I used the "Etch Back" function to connect BGA pin to pin

but I faced the External DRC error after checking by "Plating Bar Check"

but the error message is quite vague for me

despite I connect using Etch Bar, the message said there is not connected by plating bar

How can I solve this problem..?
