I am facing a problem that can not change die thickness in APD/SiP using 17.2.

This only can use default setting 100um die thickness ?  How to change this parameter?

Die height is a combination of values — die body thickness, bump height, adhesive material, etc. Change to the member details in the radio buttons just above the chart to switch views and change all the values there to the right values for you.
