How to make a 3D step copper-filled via on Cadence APD?

I am currently working on a project the requires a 3D step file to be used in performing some electrical simulations. However, when I generate the 3D step file using Cadence APD X, the via has no filling/plugging material. I hope to make it as copper-filled via but don't know which settings should be used to make it.

Hello APDCloud, can you let me know how Via Plugging info is added into the design, Is this defined in Via Padstack design mask layers?

Hello SaiPavanl , that is my concern also, there is no section on padstack editor to define the plugging/filling material of via.
