Mouse wheel pan weird acceleration

I am using Allegro X APD 24.1 on Windows 11. I have set the `/UI/Input/designhdl_pan` setting to `enabled` to get a more natural panning experience when clicking the mouse wheel. However, there is still a weird acceleration or scaling factor between the mouse movement and the panning distance move, something like `distance_the_viewport_moves_in_allegro = a*distance_mouse_moves_in_the_screen` with a>1. Is it possible to set a=1?

    I tested this and I see nothing like what you describe. Maybe it's your windows configuration that's affecting the movement of your mouse?
