How to selectively delete advanced degassing holes in Silicon Layout option

Here are the steps to selectively delete a few degassing holes/voids in the design:

1. This option is only available with Silicon Layout Option as shown below:

2. Change to the shape application mode using Setup > Application Mode > Shape Edit.

3. Make sure that the Find filter has both Shapes and Voids/Cavities selected.

4. Right-click on the shape and choose Erase Adv. Degas Hole.

5. Select the voids that you want to delete. 

6. Right-click and choose Done.
