Allegro Vs ICCraft

I am new to IC packaging field. I have browsed th Allegro 15.2.1 's
release notes and came to know that it offers RDL routing facility also.

I have heard that ICcraft also provides this feature.

Can anyone , please tell me which is better(Allegro or ICCraft?) for FlipChip IC packaging? and why?

    Chiranjeevi,

Welcome to the world of IC Packaging. I would like to clarify for you and for our other members, the two products you mention and their features.

You asked about RDL (redistribution layer routing). If you want to validate that the RDL of an IC is implementable based on package driven IO to bump assignments then the Allegro product you refer to is Allegro PCB Router (formerly known as SPECCTRA). If you want to do full IC mask rule level product RDL routing that is CCAR (new name for IC Craftsman) which runs in the Virtuoso or Encounter environments.
