Hi Forum ,

I have a set of off-page connectors as follow

I want to change the names and directions from a spreadsheet (Similar to export/import properties) . If I Ctrl+E the off-pages connectors I get the following

How can I export/import the last table ? Since I have ~200 off-page connectors , I rather manipulate them from a spreadsheet

Thanks

you can use the ctrl-insert to copy the column, and shift-insert to paste it again. However, you are only allowed to change the name. You cannot edit the location and direction.
An idea is to place the correct offpage connectors next to the ones you want to change and then copy/paste the names from the old to the new connectors.
Another way is to implement a TCL script which replaces each offpage connector with a different type. I know it can be done, just don't ask me how.

There is a free OrCAD App called EDAis CoolEdit Box that allows you to group select ports / off page connectors and change them to a different type. Take a look at orcadmarketplace.com/.../Default.aspx
