The steps are listed above in my previous post (Log into http://support.cadence.com then look for Cases - Submit Cases) but I have already raised a case for this and it's currently in a planned state.

This seems to be working fine in hotfix 60 and I believe that this was fixed some while ago.

But...It still exists in hotfix60. Double click the component in capture, and then it cannot be closed by Ctrl + F4
