Hello

I am using Oracd capture CIS from longtime and it was working fine till 16.x version. In 17.2 onward  I am unable to view footprints on capture CIS window

I explained my problem in the below image, If anyone come across the same issue and got resolved ,please help me .

I did detail check on the flow cad PDF (https://www.flowcad.de/AN/FlowCAD_AN_Capture_CIS_Environment.pdf) for the right setting but unable to figure it out the actual issue ?

Regards,

Girish Kumar

Look under the Start menu for Quickview update, browse to your PCB Footprint directory and run this on *.dra, *.psm. Then try again.

I notice you are using unc paths in the capture.ini file so make sure you can actually connect to that location BEFORE you start Capture CIS. You could also try changing this to a mapped network drive. If that doesn't hep also try a DBdoctor on the dra files and psm files. You can use *.dra and *.psm in the DBdoctor form.

    Hello Steve ,

I tried this too .Mapping to network drive , giving direct link , even I tried copying folder to my local machine and updating on capture.ini, didn't worked.

Thanks for your inputs , i am missing something on linking for part , but not getting it . Anything should I set in system environment variable ?

Session log error report and capture.ini file (with mapped network drive ) screenshot attached

    Thanks
