How to dock to command Window in Orcad Capture

I press "Allow Docking" for Command Window but It seems that Command Window doesn't have the dock to. Do anybody know how to get it back? Thank you.

So, nobody has any clues?

Does anyone at Cadence monitor these posts at all, or do they simply not care that the tools are complete garbage?

Not sure if I understand the question. I have 17.4 and as soon as I start dragging a window the small anchor symbols show up (seen to the left of the Command Window), If I drop the window on an "anchor" it will dock there.

I actually found a good short 3min video about this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKGMoPADWwo

What I would like to know is how to get Capture to remember the window sizes and positions?
