Ultra Librarian isn't working in OrCAD 17.4

I m facing an issue as shared below with ultra librarian. Is it a bug or some issue with ultra librarian or orcad. I installed the latest hotfix but the issue remains the same.

    Looks like an issue with the UltraLibrarian website, Samacsys is working fine. I'm sure it will be resolved soon,

    I have investigated a bit and looks like the expiry time for the token used to access the api is too short, infact calls to the same api for search instead of download are successsful. Definitely something Cadence should look into. At least provide the user the chance of specifying how much he/she's available to wait for the download to expiry.
    I have been banging my head into this for a while and the behaviours seems erratic (sometimes Samacsys works, UL doesnt, sometimes neither works or both works)

    Update: substantial improvement made with Hotfi13. Chack that out if  you've got issues.
