ORCAD 17.4 2019 Crash on New Layout

Hey there,

I have finished schematics in ORCAD 17.4. Netlists are also created successfully. But when i am creating New layout for new PCB, the ORCAD Hang up at this point. 

Please provide the remedy for this issue.

    Make sure you are running the latest version of software 17.4-2019 S019 and also make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date from the vendor (Nvidia / AMD) direct rather than via windows update.

    Yes i am using latest version 17.4-2019. Graphics card drivers are up to date from Nvidia.

    This problem is resolved. I have created the board file (*.brd) first in the allegro folder and then create New layout by pointing path to the newly generated pcb.
