BOM is not coming properly

Dear Team,

In my BOM Components with Same properties are coming in different lines.

Here you can see that C1 and C2 are same but they are coming as separate items.May I know why.

Please see my BOM Header

Item\tQuantity\tReference\tPart\tManufacturer\tManufacturer Part Number\tDescription\tFootprint\tAlternate P/N

C1 and C2 are not the same, C1 has an Alternate Footprint but C2 does not, hence they appear on separate lines.
