How to move the properties column with mouse drag?

Hi all

I tried to move the column with mouse drag.

when I grab the column title, then the red vertical line and small dotted box displayed which mean activated the drag.

and I move the mouse to other side, but there was no any change after then..

How can I move the property to other side?
