Capture CIS Cannot Place Components - 'Number of Pins in Footprint X and instance Y does not match'

I am new to Orcad, and I am trying to make a PCB layout from a schematic. However, when I go to place the parts, about 40 of the 90 parts won't place. I get an error: "WARNING(ORCAP-2435): Number of pins in footprint 'XXX' and instance 'YY' does not match." This seems to be for many of the capacitors I am using. All of these capacitors are ones I have used from the standard discrete library, and the footprints are standard ones, not custom. I have checked parts and footprints, and both seem to have two pins. How do I resolve these errors, and place components?
