Issues with Orcad CIS License

Hello everyone! Im having an issue opening Orcad CIS.

-First I have this Error: "ERROR  (ORCOMMN-12005) Unable to launch Orcad Capture. A valid license wasn found at the 5280@hostname license server. Update the license server configuration to include OrCAD Capture licenses."

-Second. I tried to run the Cadence License Server Configuration and I got this 2 issues:

a) Unable to start Cadence License Server with the new license file 'C:\Cadebce\LicenseManager\license.dat'

b)Failed to update your CDS_LIC_FILE license path with the new license server setting '5280@hostname'.

-Third. I also tried to stop the service using the LMTools and it didnt stop. I got this error while I was trying to stop the service:

a) Unable to Stop Server. Check the License search path and VD Status.

If someone can help me it would be great because EMA customer support is not helping me.

If you want help, asking in the wrong forum (this is the "Feedback, Suggestions and Questions" forum, which is for issues with the forums, not for technical questions) is not the right way to go about it. I'll move this to something more appropriate.

Can you upload your debug.log from C:\Cadence\LicenseManager folder? This should give a clue as to the actual issue? For the CDS_LIC_FILE you may not have enough IT user privileges to edit this so either you or IT go to Control Panel - System - Advanced System Settings - Environment Variables, look for CDS_LIC_FILE and make sure the value is set to 5280@name of PC where license is (which could be your computer name).
