Hello everyone,
I started following the tutorial to get started with Cadence Capture and I got stuck with this issue "END MODE PIN" even after right click on the mouse and I still do not get it since I have v17.4.

can anyone help me what should I do here?

end mode option only comes if you right click while you have the placeholder for place pin attached to the cursor.
You are already out of place pin mode and thats why you are seeing these options.

In 17.4, part properties and package properties are already displayed and can be accessed from right hand side panel. In your shared image itself, you can see on right side options for part and package properties.
