OrCAD Capture 17.4 interface

Can someone point me to a guide to using/setting up the 17.4 user interface,  I've searched the forums, the internet, etc and cannot find a good resource for proper use.

My problem comes from how the 17.4 interface displays the project FILE and HIERARCHY section (floating, docking, tabbed document) along side the SCHEMATIC pages (tabbed along with START PAGE).   If I have multiple projects open,  there are stacked or tabbed project listings on the left border,  and multiple schematic pages tabbed in the main view of the interface.      Is there a setting or option somewhere that when I click on a schematic tab to view the drawing it will automatically change the displayed project view on the left?    My apologies if this has been covered already,  I've just recently made the switch from 17.2 to 17.4....

There is pre-installed documentation within the tool. Did you refer that?

Yes,  if your referring to the HELP files , I did find limited info on docking and tabbed docs, but it didn't answer my question.

My original question was probably a little vague,  let me try again.

My normal view, if I have multiple projects open, is to have all the projects (.opj)  docked on the left margin of the screen,  and any of the open schematics as tabs across the center section ( see screen shot below).    The problem arises if I need to do something like BACK ANNOTATE, this requires me selecting the design (.dsn) of the schematic I'm currently working on,  and because the project view on the left may not currently match the schematic on the right , I have to find and verify the correct project.   Is there some way to make Capture automatically push the current project view to the top when one of its schematics is the primary tab ?
