Unable to locate a part

div1 over 3 years ago

Hi,

I want to use a TI component "DAC8811" for my schematic design. I am unable to find this IC in the libraries.

Is this component not on Capture CIS anymore or do I have to externally download the model?

Thanks,

Divya

It's not part of the default supplied libraries but if you use Place - Search Providers you can get the part that way.

You can access TI libraries in OrCAD Capture if you have installed a later version of PSpice for TI and using OrCAD 17.4-2019 with HotFix 014 or above. There are 5000 TI–PSpice models across 100 unique model categories
