Can not make new layout on capture 17.4

Hi all,

Currently i have installed a version of orcad 17.4. Im having a issue is after making a neslist then try to make new layout from tool, however orcad capture is not response and do frezees in this status, i only could shut off by handles.

Anyone could help to fix this issue?
