Capture CIS 17.4 2022 crashes at launch

Hello,

After installing Office 365 my CIS capture crashes at launch. I tried updating to the latest 2022 ORCAD&Allegro update, but it didnt help. I un-installed Office 365, but the issues remains. I have not idea how to fix this issue. Any suggestions are welcomed.

You can rename capture.ini this would solve the issue. Office 365 shouldn't be any problem here
