Hi everyone,
I'm kind of new to the adence software. I have libraries for Allegro Deisgn Entry HDL. I want to be able to use those libraries in Design Entry CIS.
Is it possible? If so, how?

Any input would be helpfule

You'll have to export those DEHDL libraries to Orcad Capture libraries. For exporting DEHDL libs to Orcad Capture libs, you would need Library Authoring license. If you have it, you can use Project Manager menu 'Tools > Library Tools > Export'.

Can Allegro System Capture use your HDL libraries and CIS libraries directly?

Yes, System Capture has capability to use both DEHDL and Capture libraries. In System Capture, you also get option to choose 'Library Mode' while creating new project where you can choose to work on project using either Capture libs or DEHDL libs.

I believe it needs PCB Librarian license not just design authoring license.
