How to compare schematic netlist vs PCB netlist ?

I know that the design sync ensures the netlisting happens correctly & all nets are connected but the reviewing teams needs a report that shows all the nets in schematic do exist in PCB. One of my colleague mentioned it exists in DXDesigner which displays report saying the differences is zero/ the no. of differences. Basically a ECO report.
