Is there any way to create a template project?

I saw that there is Options > Design Template that has some options you can set as defaults for new sheets.

However, is there any way to create a template project? For example, a project that includes certain libraries or other settings?

You can create a project with all settings you need & save it as a draft copy. when you start a new project open draft copy & save it with new name. By default you will have a ll settings preloaded.
