How do you work on more than one project at the same time without messing up page templates?

Let's say I am splitting my time between project A and project B. Do I really have to manually edit Options > Design Template > Title Block ever time I switch from working on one project to another one? Otherwise the title block gets populated with whatever was the latest project I was working on.

Capture by default loads the previous project template which are stored in .ini file. The only alternative tedious approach is use 2 different .ini files for them but as mentioned it is tedious work.
